sugar refinery upgrade Victoria
Sugar refinery upgrade was inclusive of extra processing capacity due to growth. The upgrade was made to include a 30% loading with extra redundancy for the purpose of maintenance.

Gas Networks infrastructure expansion project Sydney
Management of Low and Medium pressure gas networks of Illawarra (NSW) and Canberra (ACT) included Synergy Gas live simulations and Engineering-Budget planning reports to stake holders on fixed terms basis.
The main project was managed by agility Pty Ltd (Gas Networks), a sub-contracting company of AGL Limited. The company was managing and maintaining the infrastructure for their mother
company as well as other stakeholders such as ActewAgl and other asset owners. Most of the projects were valued between $500K and 20M
Packaging machine upgrade project (Rothmans)
An opportunity of upgrading a high-speed cigarette packaging machine came while employed with Rothmans of Pall Mall. The upgrade it was dealing with the machine dynamics and issues with the filters and tobacco processing to be intact prior to gluing and assembly by the revolving radial assembly process.

Cervical cancer detection system and pilot production development
Development of a special mandrel attached to a hand piece developed for a special purpose clinical environment. The system and IP proved successful at clinical trials. I have conducted Statistical Validation project for the European union re medical device licensing. The report had tested the sheath and mandrel for the transfer of viruses and pathogens inward to the handpiece and or outward through to the external film simulation under lab conditions. This was a major breakthrough for the company in which triggered its ASX share price soaring.
Design and redesign Special trucks for explosives transportation
Design of a special Auger to deliver a controlled amount and flexibility for field usage explosives while reducing operator physical effort due to OHS issues in the past.
Finite Element and design signatory of different components and structures within the organisation. Older type were redesigned improved were tested, necessary design changes were implemented according to specifications and engineering requirements for static and dynamic effects with reference to specific industry standards.
